Typical Process:
We will start with shoot date: how long it will take, how many people will be included (even pets), and expected shots that are most important. Then we will discuss a theme, time & location (if applicable). The deposit and full payment conversation comes last, after everything else is clarified. TWO revisions are allowed for guaranteed satisfaction. After the shoot, I’ll send my edit selection (no less than 30 images). My turnaround time is 5 - 7 days. If you desire all images taken after viewing my selection, you have 24 hours before images are permanently deleted.
Policies + Procedures:
- I require half of the full amount as a deposit (nonrefundable)
- Images are sent as a downloadable link to your email and text.
- If after 48 hours from the shoot date without receiving final payment, I will use images for promotional purposes with watermark or images will be permanently deleted.
- I charge a parking meter fee that will be added to final payment amount after shoot (if applicable)
- 2 reschedule limit (final payment required)
- If you are a no text no show - a $20 fee + deposit will be required in advance prior to your next session booking.
- To qualify to re-shoot, Client must ask to view images before final payment is made. I’ll apply a watermark for you to view the images for my protection.
- Refunds are non-negotiable.
- Travel Fee add-on.
- I get it, stuff happens. I offer a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, even with a phone call, additional fees may be charged to your session.
- Mini sessions full payment required.
- Right of Refusal: All policies set forth have been applied to everyone as protection for myself and client(s). These policies are non-negotiable. Please treat me with the respect I deserve, and I will show you the same courtesy. I, MARTIN BALSAM, reserve the right to refuse service to any client who knowingly and intentionally disregards any of the aforementioned policies.
